A. Order Processing

  1. All orders begin with a standard 2–5 business day processing period. During this time, our team verifies your order details, checks product quality, prepares packaging, and ensures your items are ready for shipment.

  2. Processing includes multiple steps such as quality inspections, order confirmation, packaging preparation, label creation, and final verification. Each step is carefully carried out to ensure your order is accurate and safely packed.

  3. Our business week runs from Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed during non-business hours will enter the queue for the next available working day.

  4. Any order placed after 7:00 PM EST is automatically moved to the next business day’s processing batch to maintain accuracy and prevent rushed handling.

  5. Orders submitted on Sundays or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day to ensure each order receives proper attention and care.

B. Additional Processing Time for Special Orders

  1. Customized or personalized items—including custom names, artwork, prints, or special design requests—may require an additional 1–3 business days. This ensures our production teams have enough time to finalize designs, complete custom work, and verify accuracy.

  2. Bulk or wholesale orders of more than 50 units may require 7–10 business days of processing, depending on inventory levels and production timelines.

  3. These extended processing windows allow us to maintain strict quality standards, especially for items requiring individualized production steps.

  4. Same-day processing is available only when orders are placed before 7:00 PM EST and do not include customization or large-quantity items.

C. Shipping Carriers

  1. Once your order is fully processed, it is handed off to one of our trusted delivery partners: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (available only in select regions).

  2. The carrier is selected based on your location, delivery speed, package dimensions, and whichever service provides the most reliable route.

  3. Our goal is always to balance speed, safety, and dependability, ensuring every package is handled carefully from start to finish.

D. Shipping Fee

  1. All domestic orders are shipped using a flat-rate fee of $6.99 USD.

  2. This flat-rate system allows us to maintain consistent packaging quality, secure handling, and stable delivery expectations—no matter the size or weight of your order.

  3. We believe in keeping shipping fees simple, predictable, and transparent throughout the entire checkout process.

E. Delivery Time

  1. After your order ships, typical U.S. delivery times range from 5–12 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s current workload.

  2. Customers located in rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times due to limited carrier routes or reduced local sorting facility operations.

  3. Delivery delays can occur due to weather conditions, operational issues within carrier networks, or sudden increases in national shipping volume. While these delays are outside our control, we monitor all shipments and ensure customers receive timely updates whenever possible.

  4. During high-demand periods—such as Christmas, Black Friday, or nationwide promotional events—both processing and delivery times may extend.

  5. If your order is for a holiday or time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order 2–3 weeks in advance to avoid seasonal delays.

F. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Oceancoastline is unable to ship to:

  1. Alaska

  2. Hawaii

  3. U.S. Territories (including Guam, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa)

  4. P.O. Boxes

  5. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

These limitations are due to carrier restrictions and logistics constraints. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities as our operations continue to grow.

G. Tracking Your Order

  1. As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the contact method you selected at checkout.

  2. Tracking information generally becomes active within 24–48 hours after the carrier has scanned the package.

  3. During holidays or peak carrier seasons, tracking updates may take slightly longer to appear, but once movement is registered, you’ll be able to follow your package in real time.

  4. If your tracking link shows “label created” for longer than usual, this is typically due to carrier delays and not an issue with your order itself.

H. Holiday & Peak Season Notes

  1. Shipping and processing times may increase during major shopping events such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, or national sales promotions.

  2. Carriers often experience significant delays due to volume surges, even with expedited services.

  3. Weather-related issues—especially during winter months—may impact transit times across several regions.
