Order Processing
All orders placed with Oceancoastline are processed within 2–5 business days. This period allows us to verify payment details, confirm order accuracy, conduct quality inspections, prepare items, and package each order securely before shipment.
Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next available business day. Orders submitted after 7:00 PM EST are automatically moved to the following business day to ensure accuracy and careful handling.
Special Order Processing
Customized or personalized items, including custom text, artwork, or unique designs, require an additional 1–3 business days for preparation and quality review.
Bulk or wholesale orders of 50 units or more may require 7–10 business days, depending on inventory availability and order complexity. Same-day processing is available only for non-custom orders placed before 7:00 PM EST.
Shipping Carriers
Once processing is complete, orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Carrier selection depends on destination, package size, and the most secure and efficient delivery route.
Shipping Fees
All eligible domestic orders are shipped at a flat rate of $6.99 USD. This fee covers packaging materials, careful handling, and dependable shipping services, with no hidden charges at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Most U.S. orders are delivered within 5–12 business days after shipment. Delivery times vary based on location, carrier routing, and regional service conditions. Remote or rural areas may experience longer transit times.
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, seasonal demand, or carrier-related issues beyond our control. During peak shopping periods or holidays, processing and delivery timelines may extend. For time-sensitive purchases, we recommend placing orders 2–3 weeks in advance.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Oceancoastline does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and American Samoa, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. These restrictions are based on current carrier and logistical limitations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS based on the contact details provided at checkout. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after carrier scanning. During peak seasons, activation may take slightly longer.
Holiday and Peak Season Notices
National holidays, promotional events, and high-volume shipping periods may cause temporary delays in processing or delivery. Severe weather conditions can also affect transit times. Ordering early helps reduce the risk of delays.
